And it seems to be getting even worse! It is hard to believe this is a river that has swallowed up houses.. In our walk around the town of Index, we passed this wonderful. Display of pitcher plants in someone's yard. I hope to see. Them for sale.maybe at the Index Arts Festival. A major East/West state highway that looks like a parking lot.

Saturday, July 28, 2012. Steve and I have been working on the cabin frequently this summer and our efforts are definitely paying off! The mudding and sanding seemed like it was never going to end. Every time we would stand back and look at the finished chore, we would find some place new that one of us thought needed attention. The display shelf above the dividing wall is almost ready for displaying! We weren't the only ones building, a bird picked a nice spot. Close-up of the bird nest in the snag.
