Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Last week we headed to the east coast for a little over a week to spend time with family and friends. We started the week at Point Pleasant on the Jersey Shore with Rich's family. There were 16 of us in our house and about 30 people in the Faiella house a few houses down. We had a great time! We spent a lot of time at the beach. And some time hanging at the houses. We chilled in the backyard in the pool and on the slip and slide. Playing games and hanging out. The Weidas in Hawaii.

Monday, November 29, 2010. November or December baby? She is supposed to leave on Saturday the 4th, but if he isn't here by then she will most likely try to change her ticket for later that week. The good news is that she will be back with the rest of my family on December 21st so not that much longer and Lindsay comes on December 6th so it will be great having both of my sisters here! Every picture that we take I think, "This may be the last pregnant picture I have" but it hasn't happened quite yet :).

Growing up going out to a restaurant was only saved for special occasions and whenever we did go out my parents always reminded us to use our "restaurant manners." Rich and I have some work to do with Joseph using his "restaurant manners". Maybe we should start with not having his high chair on the table :). Monday, June 20, 2011. Midway games, and lots of crazy carnival rides. We had a great day of checking out the sights,. And cooling off with ice cream!

His official due date was on Christmas, which came and went.maybe he is trying to be a "New Years'" baby instead! We had to go into the hospital on Christmas Day just to check on his amniotic fluid level and to have a non-stress test. He was still doing well so they are letting me go past my due date. The Sturgeons in Hawaii. Friday, July 1, 2011. WowI can't believe that Alex turned six month old this week! Time sure is flying by! We have his 6 month doctor's visit on July 5. I can't wait to see how much he has grown. He is starting to eat "solid" foods and seems to be enjoying them. He is sitting for a few second unsupported or for longer if he had a toy in front of him or his boppy pillow for support. His biggest milestone (for me at least) is that he said his first word while we were on vacation.
