What Fit Foodies Eat. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I am a Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher and have studied human growth and development for more than 15 years. In addition to working with adults to achieve their weight-loss and health goals, I also work with children and parent’s regarding nutrition and optimal growth and development.

What I Ate Wednesday. Recipe: Apple and Berry Oatmeal Bake. Apple and Berry Oatmeal Bake. 2 apples (I used Pink Lady Apples). 1 tsp baking powder. Almonds (or your preference of nuts). 1 tsp mixed spice. 2 cups almond milk. 2 tsp vanilla extract. Heat the oven to 180C and grease or line a 9 inch tin.
