Keep in mind, I'm lucky if I can get Elliott down at all and usually she takes a very late nap after I struggle with her for at least an hour). So much fun! Tuesday, February 15, 2011. It's been a while. Elliott keeps me busy! She is not into wearing her bows right now, which breaks my heart, but loves Daddy's hat. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Last week, we went on a cruise to Key West and the Bahamas with the Singleton Family - Grandy and Grandpa and Aunt Karen and Uncle Lynn. It was really a great escape for a week and lots of fun. Bella had a great time with her grandparents. They spoiled her rotten! In Key West, we went to an awesome Butterfly Conservatory. In Freeport, we spent some time at a beautiful beach. Bella was a little nervous at first, but really got into it after a little while! More to come later!

Friday, February 4, 2011. This week has been very unusual for Dallas. We were hit by a massive ice storm on Monday night that left around an inch of solid ice on all the streets. The temperature dropped to the teens, so the ice was there to stay! All schools were cancelled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday due to ice. Just when we thought it would start to melt.snow hit! Lots of it. We got at least 6 inches at our house in Plano. Another day off of school and Jay's office was closed too! Look at me go!

Keeping up with the Sones'. Monday, August 10, 2009. Third Time is the Charm. After two trips to labor and delivery on the Thursday before Elliott's arrival (due to painful contractions) and being sent home, Chad and I were reluctant to go in on Sunday July 19. We spent the day celebrating Marla's birthday by seeing Harry Potter (3 of the longest, most terrible hours of my life). Tracy really got on a roll here and I can't imagine a detail that has been left out.so I'll chime in more on the next one.
