About The Granleys

The Granleys has a number of personalised services for people with learning disabilities and aims to provide appropriate residential care to the service users ensuring they feel as safe as possible and for them to lead as normal a life as possible living as independently as they are able to achieve. Each one of our services is focused on Person Centred Working which means that the support the Granleys provides has the person at the centre and the focus of our approach is on what is important to them.

The Granleys Residential Care Home is designed for wheel chair users and incorporates a wide variety of specialised aids to assist with baths, showers and inter floor transport together with a range of aids necessary for the health and safety of the service users such as hoists, hand rails, assisted showers, stair lifts, fire alarm system for service users with hearing difficulties, etc. Two bedrooms at The Granleys. Main Lounge and Dining Room.

At The Granleys Residential Care Home all service users are adults with varying degrees of learning disability including non-specific learning disabilities. Our excellent team of staff have experience in dealing with all learning disabilities including Downs Syndrome, Dementia and physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, hearing and sight impairment. We actively encourage our residents to pursue existing interests, experiment with new hobbies and achieve personal challenges.
