But I do know how to throw things together in a delicious manner. Pasta with Baby Greens and Goat Cheese. Original “recipe”. 1/2 box of whole wheat pasta. 1 large tomato, diced. 1 heaping handful baby greens. With food, I do this by using cheap, fresh ingredients and substituting wisely for expensive foods by using whatever I have in the pantry. It’s people like them that make a girl feel lucky and even more thankful to call these friends my family. Our Sunday dinner consisted of spiced pork tenderloin tacos with cilantro-lime rice and avocado salsa… The dessert was a really moist lemon yogurt cake (a recipe I’ve been eyeing for weeks) with strawberries (IN SEASON! Juice of half a lemon. 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 cup skim/2%/whole milk. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. Heavy cream for serving. Stir together strawberries, sugar and lemon in a 4-quart heavy saucepan and let stand, stirring occasionally, until juicy, about 15 minutes. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. In fact, it’s so popular that it’s the national dish of England…odd, right? I hope Andy will be proud that his annoying little sister succeeded in making his favorite dish. Freelancing [photo/video]grapher living in memphis, tn. Monday, June 21. Walked around the cutest farmers market today before church. Then skyped with Kaitlin! The internet was being dumb so we decided to talk on the phone whilst still having skype up. Kinda weird, but it worked. Found a dress for Will's wedding! First one I looked at and it was $20. Boom. Went to a different church later that evening. Hung out with peeps after. Now it's time to rest up for my first day of work with Greenpeace tomorrow!
