Good cookin', one crockpot at a time. August 13, 2009. 1 1/2 lbs. Cube Steak (cut into pieces). 1 Med Onion (processed). 1 C Sliced Mushrooms. 1 Clove Garlic (minced). 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup. 1/3 C White Wine. 1 C Sour Cream. Melt butter in a skillet and brown meat. Add garlic and onion. Place in crockpot with remaining ingredients EXCEPT sour cream. Slow cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low. Mix in sour cream just before serving. Great over egg noodles! Submitted by Erin Geving.
