I ate what I wanted to because it was vacation. And frlt like a complete and total slug. So, my thyroid meds have caused a 10 pound weight gain. And vacation added three more. Now yhat I am cleared to exercise again, it is time to get back to healthy eating. BJs was having a sale on Fitbit, so I went and got one. :). I am geeling so much better!

Owen and I ended up buying an air conditioner because the heat and the hot flashes were making me feel worse than I really needed. La Casa de Pollo. My little slice of heaven. In health and weigtloss. Hmmm…sounds as if I’m repeating myself. I’m making most of my posts over at my cancer blog. But I will update here really quick. Surgery recovery has been progressing but slow. I tire easily. Cancer was evident in the Lymph Nodes, of which 17 of 19 were removed in my pelvic area. Further tests indicate, as of today, that they GOT THAT BITCH and I am in REMISSION BABY! Updates are a Helpful Thing. Pardon Me While I Get Up on My Soap Box.

Governor of my state is trying to prevent Maine Care (our version of Medicaid) from paying for birth control at the same time spouting off about Welfare Reform. When I asked how it got there she said it could have been there from the beginning, but simply dormant. OR that it recently spread from the pulmonary nodules through the bloodstream to the spine.
