These are amazing women who encourage each other, motivate each other and share in our victories and defeats. And I have never met any of the in person. I joined our healthy mom group not expecting much, but boy was I in for a suprise! On days I didn't feel like running I might say that and one women or another would respond with a loving "so what? You can't brag about this pace to the moms"!

Monday, March 25, 2013. Child-like Faith pt 2. For when I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; but when I became a man, I did away with childish things" 1 Corinthians 13:11. I believe child-like faith is a good thing when it refers to certain areas of our faith; however like this verse in 1 Corinthians says when you become a (wo)man you have to put away childish things and start speaking, thinking, and reasoning like a grown up. I want to live like that.

Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Walker has had an awesome summer! He's been swimming, played in the rain, spent time with friends and family. I love this age because he's open to trying anything. We also drove all the way out to Audrey's house for some summer fun! Just kidding, Audrey! Her community has an awesome pool selection. Tuesday, December 31, 2013. New Year's Eve was very low key this year. We had my family over for Gringo's and champs. We watched football because of the guys and then about 9 turned it on the NYE shows. I think my family left at 11 but it was midnight in New York so that counts! Friday, September 19, 2014. I went for an interview and I got a job! I went two days and shadow a fellow third grade language arts teaching who would also become my mentor. I LOVED my team and was very excited. With the excitement came the heartache of leaving my baby. My mother would be watching Walker while I was at school, and honestly she would barely be watching him. He goes to school three times a week and R is off on Fridays. Leaving Walker was seriously, the hardest thing, ever! So Tasty So Yummy.
