By the time I got there I looked like a drowned rat. A rather large drowned rat, but… We were too late to see them, but had a great time watching the fountains in front of the Bellagio. I really could have done that all night. Even with the 108 degree temperature at 11 pm! August 10, 2014. Posted by Tony Porter on August 10, 2014. That’s a P...

Friday, February 4, 2011. Casino' (released Nov. 22, 2005). A ponderous, meandering beast of a crime epic, Martin Scorsese’s “Casino” takes many greatish elements and reduces them to tedious mediocrities. A Low Down Dirty Shame' (released Nov. 23, 1994). Sometimes filmmakers get it so right, even when they get it wrong. That’s the case with “A Low Down Dirty Shame,” the new “Shaft” spoof by writer-director Keenen Ivory Wayans (“I’m Gonna Git You Sucka”)....8220;A Low Down Dirty Shame” is truth i...

Saturday, April 6, 2013. Altman's angles put off studios, Jan. 18, 1991. Is on the phone from his office in Los Angeles, laughing ruefully that many journalists are labeling "Vincent and Theo,". Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Jeffrey Boam interview, June 1995. This is not a complete transcript of the interview. My vague recollection was that I was facing a pretty tight deadline, and so I skimmed through the recording and only transcribed the notes I thought I might use in the interview story. That said, the nuggets here are pretty interesting, given the way things played out:. On “Lethal Weapon IV”. He also mentions “The Phantom,”. On the fourth “Indiana Jones”.
