Saturday, May 16, 2015. A great day for gardening. What a great day! The clouds finally broke up, the sun came out, and the air temperature rose enough to allow me to get outside and get some work done. I have to take a trip to the greenhouse tomorrow for another flat of flowers to fill the last two window boxes. The weeding will never be completely done.but at least I got a lot of it worked on today. The gardens here are so informal. Everything grows where it wants.instead of where it should. Oh Debbie ...

Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Literally 2 days later (Thanksgiving day), I started having the pregnancy symptoms - after 3 prior pregnancies I know what it feels like to be pregnant. Jade thought I was crazy, I agreed, but took a test anyway. Then I saw the positive lines. We were blown away! And his face when I told him was sheer excitement for another baby. I couldn't believe it, he couldn't believe it - it truly was a God thing! My hormone levels kept climbing and everything seemed to be on the up and up.

Monday, April 22, 2013. Life is busy here. We had a house fire a week ago. We are all fine. It was a leaking gas line. Could have been awful. The dogs are fine. We had major smoke damage. The entire house has to be emptied. Every surface has to be cleaned and repainted. All our stuff has to go out to be professionally restored. We are living in a sweet 5th wheel camper of my sister, Judy's. Reta moved in with Maggie's bunch. And Stella is in hog heaven at Annie's. Because we are sitting by our drive.

Friday, April 24, 2015. I'm still kicking. I can't believe how long it's been since I've visisted blogland! Life is great. And busy, like yours is, I am sure. I thought I would finally sit down and do a quick update. We have had a few additions since my last post! This was obviously at Christmas. We added Juliette( Maggie and Kylie's) in July and twins Clark and Otto(Abbie and Zac's) in October. That's a total of nine grands now. It's so fun with all these little ones. Also, quite loud! Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Abbie and Zac are getting ready to move. Their house has been a project for months. This weekend it is finally time to move the boxes. There has been many hours of dry walling, painting, and cleaning. We are in the final stretch. I swear we would think okay, the painting is done. We would go home and return to see someone had gone crazy. With painter's caulk and we needed to touch up once again. The floors have been the same story. Come back to find paint splatters on the wood.

Monday, April 27, 2015. I got home late this afternoon after babysitting overnight for Maggie and Kylie. I took Reta, our pug with me. Because Stuart is farming and she dreaded being alone.( Code for maybe missing a feeding.). Maggie was attending a big hair show and Kylie went along as an early anniversary get-away.
