The Middle Space: February 2010

http://thehumdrumlife.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html

Here I am, stuck in the middle with me. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. I started watching Ugly Betty. Last year. When I saw previews of the show in the past, I thought it was certainly something I would not be watching. Instead, I've found that the quirky and creative nature of the show keeps me coming back every week. And it seems that weekly, my life is more of a reflection of the show's storyline than I could have foreseen. Links to this post. Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Links to this post.

another uncarved blog: August 2008

http://anotheruncarvedblog.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html

Sunday, August 31, 2008. This afternoon, Ben and I made a big round of errands. We walked down to a nearby shopping area and bought a printer at an electronics store. Then we went to Carrefour (yes, again) and picked up some groceries and other things we couldn't get at the local market. Later, we walked over to the market we discovered the other morning. Meh Who cares. All I know for sure it's that I'm really starting to like it here. Thursday, August 28, 2008. Discovery: jian bing guo zi! Across the cr...

another uncarved blog: Drowning

http://anotheruncarvedblog.blogspot.com/2009/10/drowning.html

Thursday, October 22, 2009. Ugh I'm sitting in the library, looking at these stacks and stacks of papers and tests, and dreading reading all their malformed sentences and poorly based ideas. Not that my students don't sometimes have great ideas and write really well. But sometimes they just don't. And that's disheartening. Especially when it happens over and over. And over. It's a good think it's so dreary and wet outside today. There's no chance I'd get anything done if it were a beautiful, clear day.

http://jennifermarshallspage.blogspot.com/2008/11/snow.html

Saturday, November 8, 2008. Okay everybody, I know it has been a really long time since I have updated my blog but I'm finally getting around to it. Work has been really busy and it is starting to settle into a steady pace. The weather has been fanstastic here! It changes a lot! It starts out cold, and then usually warms up to cool to fairly warm. We have definitely had our cold snaps though! As you can see that we defintely still had fall colors when the snow came:. Here are some shots from cosmic bowling. I wasn’t as dilligent as Shannon at taking photos while we were out shopping, so I don’t have many from that part of the day. But I thought the bowling pictures turned out kind of cool, thanks to the weirdo lighting. Shannon rocks the phat lanes. Leave a Comment so far. Feed for comments on this post.
