A few years back I visited My favorite Aunt and Uncle when they lived in Newport Oregon, their house was small but it was perfect, 2 blocks down is the beach and You could see the ocean from the front lawn, it was almost bliss, but what happened next made it my most relaxing day I’ve ever had. Yet despite all their negative attributes and qualities while alive they can be oh so tasty when dead, and properly seasoned or else it just tastes like goat which according to my girlfriend is “No Bueno”. We ordered enough roti for 7 people in various varieties - kosong, telur and bawang. I really liked the roti - it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My friend also ordered a variety of curries - fish gills, mutton, cuttlefish and stingray - to go with the roti. I didn't touch the gills. Crowds even at 11am.

Anytime I had a craving serious enough to notice or free sweets were available and I had to turn them down, I took note. Some of the days have dates, others don’t.
