New Year. New Beginnings. Teagen decided that she didn't want to sleep in her crib. So, after a little help from Maya, she figured out how to climb out. After a few nights of being put in her crib and either climbing out or being pulled out by her sister to sleep together, we decided it was time to say bye bye to her crib. T's last time in the crib. I've been tagged by The Francis 5 (who will have to change their name because they will be the Francis 6! That means we had to post the 4th picture in the 4th file from our pictures . . . And the funny thing is - it's a picture of the Jarvis Family on the 4 OF JULY way back in 2005! We were getting ready to enjoy a seafood and veggie spread that was cooked by my dad in a big ol pot. Maya's day at the Hospital. Maya was so brave on Tuesday going to the hospital to get an EEG done to determine if she has petite mal seizures and the severity. After staying up until 11:00 pm last night and then waking up at 3:00 am. We were so glad to get a little nap there and then come home for a longer nap! She did amazing and didn't even need to be sedated! Here are some pictures from her adventure! This is at about 4:30 am. It's been a LONG night for all of us! What a good Daddy! Just a few more.

Not just any picnic. Sunday we were given the gift of tickets to a wonderful event called "A Time For Heros" in Los Angeles which raises money for the Pediatric AIDS Foundation. It was so much fun. It was like a carnival where kids could play games hosted by different celebrities where everyone wins! A Miley Cyrus performance. Maya played a few games and we walked around. She got to meet Tony Hawk, get an autograph for her boyfriend, Bryson who is a HUGE Tony Hawk fan. What a fun experience for Maya....

Decorating, making a gingerbread house, driving around looking at Christmas lights, playing in snow(manmade of course), and going on a horse and carriage ride through down town. Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Brooklynn has turned 2! We had a Pink Poodle Birthday Party. Great Grandma Phyllis made her a poodle skirt to wear on her special day, and she looked soo cute. Brooklynn liked running around with all of her cousins and friends. She was quite bashful when everyone sang happy birthday. We love you Brookie:). It took her four tries to blow out two candles. On Valentine's day we finally let the boys ride the ramps at the skate park where I play indoor soccer and with in 5 minutes Kaden managed to go down a ramp not meant for bikes and crash breaking not one, but both arms right at the wrist joint. They have a cute little performance where they sing us some songs, we read their memory books, which are a compilation of all their work through out the year and then the big diploma ceremony! Thursday, 1 September 2011. Give my regards to Rutland Place. We did a little acoustic gig the other night in Edinburgh. With an acoustic gig you can just turn up and plug in and play. There's no hassle of soundcheck if you dont want one. You also play quieter and it's part of the charm. You leave more space between the acoustic and the voice.
