Warm Fava Bean and Peas Salad. 50ml fresh lemon juice. 100ml extra virgin olive oil. 1 garlic clove (minced). 1 In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and chili flakes.

Per circa 55 pezzi. 350 gr. di farina. 70 gr di burro morbido. 150 gr. di zucchero. 1 cucchiaino di miele di acacia o di arancio. 1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci. 1 pizzico di sale. 100 gr. di pistacchi non salati. 100 gr. di mirtilli rossi essicati. 100 gr. di cioccolato bianco in gocce o a pezzettini.
