Adventures in Rosalinda's Kitchen
Adventures in Rosalinda's Kitchen. Saturday, January 15, 2011. If you really want to know. Too often I find myself in a situation where people are eating food that I have so carefully prepared. They mmm, and mmm, and beg me for the recipe. And tonight, as always, I tell them that they would never have the time to cook like I do, and thus their food never tastes as good. Case in point: I made pizza tonight. For the dough, I used the recipe from Bread Baker's Apprentice. Easy peasy. I added salt and onion ...

The Kitchen Is My Shrink
The Kitchen Is My Shrink. Wednesday, May 8, 2013. I can't believe that this is my first blog post in a really long while but hopefully, my hosting The Home Baker's. Overall, this was an excellent coffee cake and I think a mixture of berries like raspberries, strawberries and blueberries would even add more flavor to the cake. I kind of found the cinnamon to be a bit overpowering so I would omit adding it to the batter next time and just rely on the toppings for the cinnamon flavor. In a medium bowl, comb...
The Kitchen Is Not My Office
Sunday, July 26, 2015. The next day, we got up and did it all over again. Repeatedly I was asked how I was holding it all together. I didn't know the answer but somehow it happened. However, over time, the numbness waned and I began to feel. Grief is a strange and complex emotion. One minute you're fine and the next you are completely engulfed.
