Saturday, August 23, 2014. Lexi's turning 12. Her birthday falls on Labor Day this year and so she wanted her party a little early! She planned it all by herself and she knew exactly what she wanted. A fire pit for roasting s'mores, an outdoor movie, lots of food and a couple games. Her plans were great but the weather did not cooperate. We had checked the weather all week and thought we would be fine but a storm blew in a lot faster than the weathermen predicted. Posted by Shari G. I love these two!

Monday, March 2, 2009. We had a great Valentine's Day. We started out the weekend decorating sugar cookies. The kids always enjoy it, even though they do not like them. Both Anika and Aiden had parties at school. And Aiden really enjoyed giving his Transformer Valentines. How did you talk him into a maid! It's been fun to keep up with your family! Wednesday, December 10, 2014. I love to see the Temple. What a wonderful week. Eric and I also had the privilege of going with Alexis to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple the Saturday after she turned 12. She researched her own family names and was able to take those names with her. It was such a beautiful experience being there with her and Eric. We are so proud of the young lady that she is! Wednesday, September 1, 2010. When all else fails, get creative. So, Ciara and I went on a wild goose chase this last week looking for a jean skirt for school. We couldn't find one that was long enough but also small enough in the waist so I improvised.
