There and Back Again. Monday, December 9, 2013. OK- I've been trying to get up to do some cardio by myself in the mornings to keep as much fat off as possible as the holiday season "rolls" on. I've been able to do some 5Ks but there is no comparison to going to a spin class. I'm going to try to get out of bed to go see my favorite instructor Ann. 5:45 is early but it will be worth it! She kept talking to them in a mommy voice, which was cute. I'm glad she has those puppies- she seems to be in good spirits and is enjoying 2014 so far! It's a modified version of the the Smart Slice in this Destitute Gourmet cookbook. It's low-fat, low in sugar and relatively simple. And again, has never gone wrong.
