The Limes Guest House is a red brick property built in 1901 and finished in 1911. Formerly known as Batsford Villas in was owned by the Rutland family. In 1926 it was renamed 'The Limes' because of the lime trees in the garden. Both have had considerable experience in competitions both at solo and band events. The band was formed under Tom Fleming in 2013 in response to eager students asking if they could form their own Pipe Band.
