Friday, November 4, 2011. Swimming Lessons week 1. Matthew and Evelyn are Sunfish! They are officially in a swimming class without mom or dad. Evelyn was sick for the first week, so I took Matthew. Their teacher is great, and really knows how to keep their attention, and Matthew is the best swimmer in the class (there are only 2 other kids)! He just loves swimming, and is so willing to try whatever she asked him to. Evie is already feeling better, so I can't wait to see how she does next week!

The Van Becks - Mike, Amy, Ethan, Avery, Olivia and Izzie. Sunday, February 24, 2013. Basketball Tourney 3rd Place. Ethan had his last basketball tournament of the year at the end of Feb. They played GREAT as a team and ended up with a 3rd place finish and their first trophy. They were very excited and it was well deserved. Can't wait to see what the years bring with this team. This year Ethan had a baseball tournment the same weekend but it was just in Elrosa, so pretty close that we still had enough time as a family together. We love spending time at Sibley. We took our first trip as a family to Duluth last year and the kids really wanted to go back again this year. We decided to camp it this year and Macy even got to go with.
