I don't know why it's taken me so long to start blogging. I also don't know the exact moment I stopped cooking but it's been about two and a half years. Different kinds of cooking oils, timing, plating, etc. I had the tools but the thought of cooking on a regular basis again made me anxious, much to J's chagrin.
