I’ve been pretty involved in the online world for about a decade (not really any different from most) but I have really dove in over the last five years. No one needs to sell me on the benefits or the possibilities, I’m an advocate but even advocates can have a “wha? 8221; moment when all the cool things that you talk about to clients happens to you (and you didn’t even see it coming).
