View my complete profile. Thursday, August 29, 2013. Is back on the road and up to speed again. I can't help wondering whether it was all just meant to be.or whether she decided she didn't want to move to Zimbabwe. September 6, 2013 at 1:42 AM. Glad you are carrying on your good work Dennis, would love to see some updated photos. Keep getting better, be a shame to give up on Janis now. October 3, 2013 at 12:30 PM. janis the Camping Car: End of an era?
http://codfangler.blogspot.com/2011/09/end-of-era.html
View my complete profile. Tuesday, September 6, 2011. End of an era? Looks like it, sadly. Hazel is finding it more and more difficult to move in the mornings and she will, probably, never be able to use the bed in the camper again so. We are going to have to sell her, janis. Not Hazel. It's a bit of a blow, as my uncle Wally used to say but we can't see any other way to go. Hazel has applied for disabled living allowance and, if successful, we will be moving over to Motability. End of an era? Aluminium ...

janis the Camping Car: July 2010

View my complete profile. Friday, July 30, 2010. How to take a sauna in a camper. I went out in the cool of the evening to fit the under shelf bracket into janis. And after running out my two largest mains extension reels I began to fit the bracket. It proved to be just as easy as I had predicted. Not very! Hazel asked me if it was raining when I came back into the house. No, it was perspiration. Links to this post. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. I seem to be winning. And also saw the same item on sale on the...

janis the Camping Car: 600 miles and alls well!
http://codfangler.blogspot.com/2012/04/600-miles-and-alls-well.html
View my complete profile. Monday, April 23, 2012. 600 miles and alls well! We took a break a couple of weeks ago and used janis. To go up to see Paul and, in my case, on to see Russ. Then, the reverse trip back to Plymouth. She behaved perfectly and we were very comfortable. The only real problem was that, having got used to the cost of driving a 1.6 litre car, the fuel cost was a bit of a blow. Proof, if it were needed, was that janis. Is now at her peak. janis the Camping Car: March 2012
http://codfangler.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
View my complete profile. Friday, March 2, 2012. I have just re-insured her and, with the weather improving rapidly, I may begin to work on the table soon. Hazel is much improved at the moment so we are wondering about just one more holiday with janis. We did get a Motability. Car, so, we have options open to us as long as we can afford to keep her on the road. With the table and the gas bottle restraint fitted, I stand a chance of getting her accepted as a camper by DVLA. View my complete profile. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. I just love it when a plan comes together. I spent all day Sunday cleaning and painting the roof of janis. Links to this post. Saturday, August 21, 2010. Traditional for first time. This is the first post from the co-drivers seat in janis. Links to this post. Thursday, August 19, 2010. Little steps again, more like tippy-toe steps. And I've just come back from my lunch break and fitting the bracket on the co-driver side for the USB monitor. Screen from ...
