I think we should start this up again! Lauren has been a great example of keeping in touch. I will try to do as good as her. Thanks for the fun time we had at Brock's Homecoming. Wednesday, August 6, 2008. I got Leah a new quiet book for Church and one of the pages has a little girl trying on a wedding dress, and she got an idea. So we got mine out (might as well play with it for a minute since it's just in the closet taking up space anyway). She thought that was pretty fun. Jillyn gave Ken a book called "Lifted Up" (yes it is true, he actually is reading it and enjoying it) so he sat and read the book for a while. Jenni, Jason and Cailin. Kyle, Ken, grandma and grandpa. Sunday, June 27, 2010. Hike up to Adams Canyon. We also went to the 'Spiral Jetty' out at the great Salt Lake, when we went to the Golden Spike museum, don't know much about it, other than it is someone's art work creation back in the '70's. Adam's Canyon hike, it was pretty fun, first hike of the year, we made it to the top to the water falls, which was well worth the hike, Ken got to rest a lot while he waited for me to catch up to him on the trail up, and it was 'ALL' up hill. Tollef and I took a vacation sans kiddos to Mexico. It was a much needed break and we had a lot of fun. 2 March brought flooding to our area and inspite of our efforts to sandbag, our home flooded. We had about 4.5 feet of water in the basement. We are in the process of re-doing the basement now. 5 The girls took nightly swimming lessons for two weeks.
