A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Single Step. June 23, 2011 · 3:38 pm. This year for Father’s Day I decided to make a blueberry pie, my dads favorite! I’ve never made one before so I researched about the different techniques and finally figured out what I’d do. I was surprised to find out the pie turned out, well, perfect! The blueberries, which were fresh, ended up being a good medium between sweet and tart. Paired with a butter crust this pie will melt in your mouth! 1/4 cup corn starch.
