Sunday, August 24, 2014. We've officially gotten through the first week of school! My throat killed to talk and my head pounded at every move. Ugh not a fun week. My afternoon bunch of students is already shaping up to be awesome and very well behaved. My morning bunch is going to take some extra attention to get them where I need them, and I just hope this next week I'll feel healthier so I can be a better teacher for them! Wednesday, August 5, 2015. This past week Jack and Eli have started to get off the ground when trying to jump. They say "jump" while they try and get super excited. Eli's mostly is like an exaggerated march and oh so cute. He's gotten off the ground a few times now. Jack has gotten up a lot. It's been so exciting seeing them learn something new! So in love with their happy faces, blue eyes, chubby cheeks, double chins, and mouths full of big boy teeth. Eli has mastered the CUTEST smile on command.

Saturday, September 27, 2014. We decided it was time to give the boys their first hair cut. I love their cute little curls! But the back of their hair kept getting so tangly and ratty looking and it was time to let them look like the big boys they are. Holli did their cuts at her house. She didn't want to traumatize them with the noisy clippers for their first time, so she just trimmed around with scissors. Friday, August 7, 2015. When the boys wake up from a nap, we always them stay in their room for about 15 minutes (or often longer) before getting them. We do this to let them wake up all the way before going in and because they are happy! I told them to give each other kisses. So that wasn't a spontaneous action they thought of on their own. Monday, August 31, 2015. We love our Sunday evening time at Zach's parents. The boys adore their Nana and Papa. Tuesday, December 30, 2014. The morning after Christmas, we left to spend the weekend at the cabin. It had beautiful fresh snow and continued to snow while we were there. Thursday, March 19, 2009. I hope it doesn't sound like I am tooting my own horn.). Wednesday, February 25, 2009. We flew out Thursday morning so most of the day was traveling. Friday, we enjoyed the pool in the morning even though it was a little overcast. It was till a lot warmer than Utah! On Friday afternoon, we split up and Tim golfed while I went to the spa for a holistic massage. It was so great! I recommend that every vacation begin with that most definitely. It gets you in such a relaxing mode.
