Mila Loves Lola: July 2011
http://milaloveslola.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 15, 2011. Somehow I managed to not include pictures from their girls' first Fourth of July, probably because they weren't quite chipper enough for the first part of the day to even budge a grin more less a smile. From time to time the girls are getting fussy which I attribute to their teeth, but it's a small fraction of the time. The Fourth of July is very important to me because I absolutely love my country. I am proud. Lola proudly wearing her Marcus dog tag. But it was just perfect for us.

http://milaloveslola.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 8, 2011. I can't believe we are in our LAST week of Summer! Our first big break with our girls was wonderful and a challenge. They have grown so much they certainly seem like such big girls now then they did before. They have kept us busy too, busy enough that I've barely made the time to blog. So here's our Summer in review, the things I didn't get around to blog about, here they are. We had adventures out in the Texas sun. Joey and Lola out in Grapevine. And had lots and lots of visitors!

Mila Loves Lola: December 2011
http://milaloveslola.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 4, 2011. A Year Ago Today. Our lives were changed tremendously. A month prior, on November 1st, I took this picture on my iPhone. I felt inclined to take this picture in my classroom as I was cleaning paint palettes. I thought it was pretty. What I find so intriguing about it is around this time, my daughters were coming into this world. I was cleaning after a painting project, and had no idea how much that day would change my life. I returned to this on my classroom door. Fast forward t...

Mila Loves Lola: June 2011
http://milaloveslola.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 29, 2011. I Got It From My Momma. And making simple little pieces like this:. I contemplated keeping it classic white and distress it some, but that's overkill right now. Turquoise, my color of preference right now, and large print leopard. My two new best friends. I'm looking to sale these pieces to get some much needed things around the house as we STILL. Have our office area completely EMPTY. I'm hoping I can sale them before I'm impulsed to keep them :). Friday, June 24, 2011. We both...

Mila Loves Lola: Our Baby Story
http://milaloveslola.blogspot.com/p/after-years-of-desperately-trying-to.html
After years of desperately trying to conceive, I was given the diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS. We were told getting pregnant would be extremely difficult, near impossible without the help of medication. The situation soon became more dire when we discovered I wasn't even ovulating. Things weren't looking good, and it began to wear on my emotionally, mentally and almost spiritually. I had developed minor symptoms for a few days, soreness, and extreme fatigue to name a couple and thought...
