Sunday, May 19, 2013. How big is baby? I just weighed her on Friday and she was 15# 5 oz. Out of curiosity sake, I also tried to measure her length. I think she is almost 27 inches (at least 26.5), so at least 1 inch in the last month. She is going to be a tall girl :). She is so into faces! Sunday, April 21, 2013. How big is baby? At her 4 month check up she weighed in at 14# 5 oz and she was 25.5” long. Almost two inches in the last two months! That is some crazy growing! She is still in the 90th percentile for her height and her weight is somewhere above the 50th percentile. Seems like she will be long and lean like her momma :). We have fallen into a pattern. Can’t say she does a whole lot of moving…aside from rooting for the boob, which seems to be constantly over the last few days. Best Moment of the Week? Finally getting to meet her! Welcome to The Purple Dwarf Rabbitry! I'm Heather Pickens, and what started in 1985 as an FFA project with a pair of Netherland Dwarfs has turned into a lifetime obsession for me. My very first show was the Del Mar Fair in 1986, and I won Reserve in Show (Youth) with a Siamese Smoke Pearl Buck. I didn't even know what that meant! Took me 22 years, but I finally won my first BEST IN SHOW (Open) on Sept 27, 2008 with a beautiful Siamese Sable doe named Spicy. Queen Creek, Arizona.
