I never regret telling people my story because I am proud of how far I have come. I have given up all of my eating disorder habits but this one has stuck like glue and it’s time to give it up. I’ve had to dig deep and figure out why I do this to myself. Why I keep convincing myself that I’m fat when I am nothing but a normal healthy weight.
