Friday, November 30, 2012. It is hard to believe, but Charlotte is another year older. She is 2! We celebrated her birthday twice with a party a couple of weeks ago, centered around her favorite animal, a horse. Yesterday, we celebrated with lunch at McDonalds and dinner at Hometown pizza, and of course opening presents and blowing out candles on cupcakes! Monday, November 12, 2012. We are still here! I don't know if anyone is still following this blog or not, but I am going to try hard to work on updating it more regularly. Since the last post, when I detailed that Mary Ellen turned 4, and we had moved to Hodgenville, we have actually moved into a house here, and Charlotte is about to turn two in a little over two weeks! We have already celebrated with friends and family with a horse party, but I am sure we will do something on her actual birthday!

Thursday, December 29, 2011. Christmas Day arrived with much anticipation and excitement! Despite the fact that the stomach bug hit our house that weekend and hit Mary Ellen mid day on Christmas, it was a lot of fun. Mary Ellen was very excited to see what Santa brought. She looked at us and said, "Santa brought my basketball goal." She then begin to wonder how he got it in the house! She loves her penguin and has named it Lara. That seems to be the name of choice for everything! Happy Birthday, Jesus!
