Wednesday, June 12, 2013. As of this morning I was 197. A .6 loss since Friday. Although not exactly what I wanted to see slow and steady wins the race, right? Friday is usually my larger loss day so let's hope. I just feel I have been doing well on my eating and definitely on my exercise. I am still eating a lot of frozen entrees because i want to get my calorie count under control before I start branching out on my eating. Is this what is holding me back? I know not drinking enough water is part of it!

However, the best thing I was ever told that I feel like has helped me the most is that when things seem like they are at their worst, remember the feeling you had when you first met your husband. Friday, June 7, 2013. Ok, let's try this again. I had this post up and linked and then it messed up? 1 Tom has been traveling all week so I will be sooo happy when he is home to help with our sick. Poor Thomas started throwing up Wednesday afternoon and threw up 17 times before 3 am. Poor mommy. Cleaned up puke 17 times. 2 After Wednesday's not so great weigh in this morning I weighed in at 197.6! I guess maybe Thomas's stomach bug helped. 5 Finally so grateful for my mommy this week!
