1) 508 471 4716. I hired Neo and his team to help me build my site and was completely blown away by the results they came up with. I love the design and theme they created for me but what really got me was the incredible creativity in the PHP programming and in the functionality of the site. Many tasks that would have required painstakingly long hours of upkeep are now fully automated and running my site is easier than ever. The turnaround was extremely fast and they gave me exactly what I asked for....

Adventures with Packraft: Continental Divide Trail 2015
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2014/11/continental-divide-trail-2015.html
Nov 8, 2014. Continental Divide Trail 2015. I've been writing more on my other blog. Lately.this winter I'm preparing for a northbound thru-hike of the Continental Divide Trail. This hike will complete my triple crown of long distance trails in the U.S. and, more importantly, give me the chance to disappear into the wilderness for about 5 months. Can't wait! I hope to do a lot of boating this winter, but many of my trips will be on two feet.like last weekend in the Ochoco Mountains near Bend:. Oregon - S...

Adventures with Packraft: Alpacka Cargo Fly
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2013/02/alpaca-cargo-fly.html
Feb 5, 2013. Well, Kirk went and shipped his boat back to Alpacka to have their new Cargo Fly. The Cargo Fly is an airtight, waterproof zipper system in the stern of the boat. Opening this zipper allows access to the inside of the tubes to store your gear. With careful planning, everything can now go inside your raft rather than strapped on the bow in a pack. Stay tuned for the details. February 16, 2013 at 12:42 AM. Thanks for share . March 20, 2013 at 8:46 PM. That seems strange. Results? Thanks for yo...

Adventures with Packraft: A New Year Ski Tour
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2015/01/a-new-year-ski-tour.html
Jan 4, 2015. A New Year Ski Tour. We headed to the Cascades over the new year to take advantage of a good weather window. Camping below Broken Top was incredible. Here are a few pics from our four day ski tour. The recent storm and cold temps were great for the ski. Kirk is using his new Hyperlite Mountain Gear pack. The skiing was great until temps just over freezing caused this to happen. Well worth the clumpy snow! We are also using our new Hyperlite Mid. The view from our tarp. Fear vs. Safety. Orego...

Adventures with Packraft: Packrafting the Chewaucan River
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2015/02/packrafting-chewaucan-river.html
Feb 13, 2015. Packrafting the Chewaucan River. We finally got in our boats last weekend.warm rainy weather is making snow levels suck, and besides, rain on the snow means water in the creeks! Especially since a lot of our high desert creeks only run once a year.we looked East to find a potential river to run. Load up the adventure-mobile! Enter the Chewaucan River. I had been up there backpacking a few months ago. Sure enough, when we turned right into the river canyon at Paisley, OR, we saw water! We dr...

Adventures with Packraft: What is a packraft anyway?
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2012/05/what-is-packraft-anyway-there-are-few.html
May 30, 2012. What is a packraft anyway? There are a few good websites out there that trace the evolution of the packraft. According to the folks at Alpacka Raft. Packrafting can be loosely defined as "boating with a small packable boat that can be carried easily to wherever you want to use it.". The folks at packrafting.de. So light, so amazing. The Alpacka Denali Llama are the boats we decided to choose, there are several other brands and sizes, but Alpacka has the best boats (in our humble opinion)...

Adventures with Packraft: Fear vs. Safety
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2012/07/fear-vs-safety.html
Jul 18, 2012. Fear vs. Safety. A frequent question I get from my female friends is, "aren't you scared? When I talk about the water Kirk and I have been running. Yes," is my answer, "but if the feeling of safety outweighs the fear and I am confident I can run the line, I will do it. If not, I walk around.". Eek, not safe enough for me.scouting revealed a large subsurface rock. And at this water level it's to shallow to "boof" over it. maybe another time! But this one was great (with Kirk setting safety).

Adventures with Packraft: May 2014
http://adventureswithpackraft.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
May 31, 2014. Steamboat Creek: rocks, rapids and sweat - Day 2. We woke scratching bites, courtesy of all the tiny little gnats that I hadn't realized were dining on us the evening before. I'm quite pleased we brought our double rainbow tent instead of a tarp. The night was warm, the sleeping bags used as a quilts, and the day held the promise of adventure. Part of the right channel.it broke off into a few little side channels like this. The main right channel rapid ahead. Island on the left. We hopped i...
