Nontheropods cladogram test

http://www.theropoddatabase.com/Nontheropods%20cladogram%20test.html

Sometimes a junior synonym of a taxon which was never considered to be theropod was thought to be a theropod at one time, which explains why taxa like Taniwhasaurus. Are included. The cladogram is not intended to be an extensive listing of non-theropod taxa, which are only included to flesh it out and provide reference for the ex-theropod taxa. A few taxa do not fit in the cladogram and are dealt with immediately below. Dinosaurus is a typo not based on any real remains, while Succinodon. Polyacrodontida...

Sauropodomorph cladogram

http://www.theropoddatabase.com/Sauropodomorph%20cladogram.html

This phylogeny is the author's opinion based on his interpretation of the literature. It is however, broadly congruent with recent works (e.g. Wilson, 2002; Upchurch et al., 2004; Upchurch et al., 2007; Yates, 2007; Carbillado et al., 2011; Whitlock, 2011; Mannion et al., 2013; Tschopp et al., 2015). Based roughly on Mike Keesey's old Dinosauricon site. Beta and Gamma are sister taxa within the clade Alpha Delta is within Gamma, but not a member of Zeta. Epsilon, however, is Gamma incertae sedis.

Updates

http://www.theropoddatabase.com/Updates.htm

As a junior synonym of Massospondylus. Minor 2016 paper updates. Ceratosaurian phylogeny updated after Filippi et al. (2016), and tyrannosauroid phylogeny after Brusatte and Carr (2016). Immediately synonymized with Pengornis. Immediately synonymized with Juehuaornis. 1-1-16- Added Stremmeia,. Updated paravian phylogeny with comments in taxon entries. DOI references updated with details. Immediately synonymized with Kulindadromeus. And added many other updates, mostly to the non-saurischian section.

Links

http://www.theropoddatabase.com/Links.htm

The following links are recommended by the author. The Theropod Database Blog. Is my blog for this site, with updates before they get uploaded here, in addition to commentary on recent finds. Might as well be the sister site to mine. Find every publically available theropod pdf out there. Graeme T. Lloyd's Matrices. Is an extremely useful compendium of basically every data matrix ever published for phylogenetic analyses, in formats ready to be plugged into PAUP. The Archives of the Dinosaur Mailing List.

5

Organization

http://www.theropoddatabase.com/Organization.htm

The organization of taxon entries is arranged as follows. Not all features are implemented yet, but should be gradually added to the various taxa. Preferred phylogenetic definition of clade (original authorship of definition). Alternate phylogenetic definitions of clade. Definition- preferred definition of synonymous clade. Other definitions- alternate phylogenetic definitions of synonymous clade. Pr= Probably synonymous genus. Po= Possibly synonymous genus. Pr= Probably synonymous species. Non-morpholog...
