I tend to stick with crock pot dinners for a few reasons: I work from home and don't like to take lunches because that time will need to be made up, the hubs (while well intentioned) isn't the best w/recipes (it can take him 10-15 minutes to chop up an onion), and I can prep most of them way in advance.
