Next time I will use only dark chocolate. 12 oz chocolate chips (I used half semi sweet and half bittersweet this time. Next time I will use just bittersweet as mom and I like it dark). 1/4 cup huckleberry vodka (use whatever liquor you like). Preheat oven to 350. In a double boiler ( or metal bowl over sauce pan full of hot water).

Bread Pudding, for me, Bread Pudding always wins. To me Stuffing, just isn't as magical. Don't get me wrong, I like stuffing, ok. I just like Bread pudding more. Stuffing is made with stale hard croutons, generally. Bread pudding is made with slightly stale, but still soft bread. Bread pudding is, like savory moist cake. 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil.

We are moving. so I'm trying to use up things. Also I'm starting to panic. which means I want comfort food. The end result is Mac and Cheese. well. sort of. I don't have Macaroni so I'm using Gemelli, pretty little twists of pasta. 1 package Organic Dried Pasta (17.6 oz). I used Gemelli. 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014. 4 fillet of sole. 1/2 sweet onion sliced. 1/2 Clove elephant garlic. 2tbs sun dried tomato. 4 teaspoons feta cheese. Salt, pepper, dill. Carmalize the onion in a sautéed pan, add garlic and sauté till soft, add in sun dried tomatoes, capers and spinach. Sauté till spinach is wilted. Lay fillets out and spoon an equal mixture of the filling along each fillet. Roll up the fillets. Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
