Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Charlie had his two month appointment yesterday. He weighed in at 11 pounds 9 ounces which is in the 50%. He is 25 inches long which is in the 97%, not sure where he gets that from? He also got his 2 month immunizations, he cried for a little bit, but for the most part he was a brave, strong boy and took them like a man! Charlie is doing really well. He is getting so big. He still loves his swing, starting to really like tummy time and his bumbo! Saturday, October 24, 2009.

Our beautiful life full of family, friends, laughter and love. Sunday, August 12, 2012. For the past 3 years we have been counting down the days to the Mount Carmel Italian Festival in July. They have the most amazing Sausage and Pepper sandwiches, and the atmosphere is always so much fun. Can you say fantastic people watching? You never know what you will find at the Italian Fest. We ate (too much), drank (way too much), won a cake and had a Saturday evening full of fun. The hubby doing a little gambling.

1lb tube of Breakfast Pork Sausage. Gimmie Lean Vegetarian Soysage 2 T Butter). 1 med Green pepper, diced. 1 med Onion, diced. 3 C Skim Milk. 2 t Dry mustard. 6 English muffins, torn/cut into bite-size pieces. 1 med Tomato, seeded and chopped. 2 C Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded. 1 Grease or line a 9x13 baking pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2 Brown sausage, breaking up crumbles. If using soysage, melt 2 T butter before adding soysage. 5 Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk well.
