Thursday, September 15, 2011. Last week we started an art class that a friend of mine was offering for kids. She did an awesome job, teaching the kids primary and secondary colors, the rainbow, etc. She also sent home a "what we learned today" page! It can be a "drop and go" event where moms can go do other things during art time! Last week I ended up running my 3 miles, so that was great for me! Monday, August 15, 2011. A few Orlando adventures. One night in Orlando we went to the largest Mcdonalds, or the largest play area, I'm not sure which one it is. But, some other soldiers and their families went with us and the girls had a ball with a few older girls! Although these pictures really show Nate having the ball! Our family. Where Life begins and Love never ends. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Overall the boys did great! Day 1 - MAGIC KINGDOM - Caleb absolutely loved seeing Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, etc. from Toy Story. We also watched a street show with all the Disney characters as well as a Disney parade. We tried to hit up all of the "major" rides and things to see and ended up staying there all day. The funny thing is it hasn't changed much since I was a kid! Day 3 - ANIMAL KINGDOM - A definite favorite!
