Deep in the Heart of Davis. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. We had a nice Christmas with just our family. Here's the dinner that Chris made for us all by himself. It turned out great and I was very impressed. George quickly opened each of his presents and asked for the next one. He was excited for his remoted control helicopter from Santa, but sad that Santa forgot to buy batteries. Oops. Here's the one picture we got of him with a present. Chris and Angie Purves. I cant believe Santa forgot batteries!

Monday, January 21, 2013. Yesterday, Jill's primary teachers passed out CTR rings to help the children remember to "Choose the Right" and make choices that will help them be happy through out their lives. Jill was so very excited, not only because she loves jewelery, but also because she saw one of her older friends wearing his and she really wanted it. When I picked her up after class she said, "Look at my tiara ring, Mom." "Oh yah, your CTR ring? It's beautiful. What does it mean?

Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Team Svedin On the Move. We hit Mt. Rushmore. They are much bigger than they seem in this picture. We stopped in Nauvoo for a day. Jill and Matt stopped in for a tour at Carthage Jail. The rest of us took naps in the car. We played with cousins,. And did some "Car Crafts,". And ate at restaurants,. Wednesday, December 10, 2014. This week I have hidden the potatoes, and the chips, and the mini loaf pans, the salt and pepper, the computer paper, and the scissors. I would hide the water too, but I need it to continue to flow from the taps. Then we had lunch and a movie, and I drove into town to check on a Craig's List doll house for Christmas. I came back empty handed, and found cut up yams in mini loaf pans full of water as an extra little bonus. Sweet! We will call it,. M's popcorn and pudding yams.
