B)鯪魚洗淨去掉內臟,用廚房紙印乾魚的水份,落油用中火把魚身兩面煎香,然後放入魚袋內. 煎魚前首先大火用2公升清水煮滾,先把粉葛,紅蘿蔔,瘦肉以及赤小豆煮滾(圖A的材料),再把巳煎好的魚放入煲內(圖B),用中火煲2小時即可(可放竹撻以防粉葛黏底,如不用竹撻可半小時左右攪一下材料). 個人比較喜歡喝湯前下鹽,因為每人口味不同, 不想飲到過鹹的湯.
