It's hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and inviting ambience create a space that invites you to be creative and enjoy .This unique venue is available to rent for workshops, classes, and special events. A current schedule of classes and events is posted at The Studio 109 B N. Glover Street, right next to Design Signs and two doors down from the Methow Valley News. A fun, well rounded class that will challenge everyone and reinforce the basics, while periodically introducing new exercises and variations on old favorites. See Full Calendar for dates and times! No experience necessary - core Pilates fundamentals with weights (please bring your own hand held weights, 3 to 10 pounds). This is a challenging class with lunges, core work, weight lifting. A very nice full-body sculpting class!
