Friday, July 29, 2011. I have been on a mission to learn how to can. I have bought books, canning supplies and searched the Internet. I decided that the easiest thing to start with is tomatoes. I found a recipe for spaghetti sauce on the Internet. Sarah got in on the action. She helped me b lanche. The tomatoes and put them in cold water bath.
