LemonMint: Sweet Vanilla Coconut Butter
http://mrslemonmint.blogspot.com/2012/05/sweet-vanilla-coconut-butter.html
Healthy food and fun things to read, knit, craft, and sew. Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Sweet Vanilla Coconut Butter. I got the idea for making this from Chocolate Covered Katie's blog, although my recipe has more ingedients. This stuff is really rich, but so delicious! I currently have some lumps of it in the freezer, waiting to be put on a stick and coated in chocolate. Approx. 5-6 cups unsweetened shredded coconut flakes. 1/3 coconut milk or coconut oil. The seeds of 1 vanilla bean. 1/3 organic cane sugar.

LemonMint: January 2013
http://mrslemonmint.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Healthy food and fun things to read, knit, craft, and sew. Thursday, January 31, 2013. Haven't been blogging much this year. What with work, my husband being in school, and trying to deal with all the stress, I haven't had a lot of time on my hands. But I thought I would share a couple photos of my adorable Depression-Era neighborhood from this winter:. If it were any cuter it would be Narnia. Just sayin'. At least they have a cute side-gate. My footprints, of course. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, September 8, 2011. Rejoining the Blogging world! It is hard to believe the last time I blogged was in March! We have been rather busy the past six months. Along with going to school, we have moved into a house finally! It was perfect for the family BBQ we had last month. It was so nice to spend time with family members I had not seen in over six years. Fun was had by all! I know Emily and Kyle are getting married that day so it looks like we won't be able to make it! Links to this post. Mark an...

LemonMint: Sugar free, dairy free hot chocolate
http://mrslemonmint.blogspot.com/2012/05/sugar-free-dairy-free-hot-chocolate.html
Healthy food and fun things to read, knit, craft, and sew. Saturday, May 12, 2012. Sugar free, dairy free hot chocolate. But boy was it delicious! I wanted it so bad. So I came up with a similar recipe which both of us could drink safely:. 4 cups almond milk (May contain some cane sugar. Check the label first). 1 can coconut milk (Lite works too, but for some reason it tends to separate from the almond milk. I recommend the full-fat kind). 1/3 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder. Sewing In No Mans Land.

The Cushing Family: December 2010
http://markanniemattpatanddogs.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 29, 2010. As I look forward to 2011, I am thrilled to have 2010 behind me. I am so happy for the strength my family has and the support of our family here in Washington and Idaho. I can not even express how wonderful it was to spend the holiday season with family. I did miss my mom, but I am hoping to get to Idaho this next summer. So with everything behind us, I am wishing everyone a Happy New Year. Be safe and we love you all. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Changes: Good and/or Bad? Remembering. (* *Warning It's Long* *). Vancouver Washington wasn't as bad. We lived in an apartment and there were thugs that lived there but if you kept your mouth shut and didn't antagonize them, they pretty much left you alone. I think that these instances helped me decided that smaller towns were more to my liking. So those are some of the amazing/fun and scary events we have been through. Links to this post. Just thought I would post a quick update on Miss Lily. Biggest news around here is that she got her PICC line removed on Thursday after 5 very long weeks! We will let you know what we find out! Pray for Lily and the doctor that the decision is clear and obvious!
