I take mine to work and enjoy as a 3pm snack or pre-workout drink before hitting the gym. Green breakfast protein smoothie. 2 cups spinach (I used a mix of kale and baby spinach leaves). 1 tbs raw almonds. Cup blueberries, fresh or frozen. 1 tbs chia seeds. 2 cups water or coconut water.
