Scott & Sarah Kennedy: Chalk and Cheese
http://scottkennedy.blogspot.com/2010/04/chalk-and-cheese.html
Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Friday, April 23, 2010. I rarely have any good to say about customer service. In my experience people are a lot keener to sell to you than they are to help you when something goes wrong with their product. My recent Epson printer complaint. What I really wanted to write about however is a recent experience I have had with excellent customer service. I want to hand a customer service trophy to Dell. Computers. In January of this year I bought a laptop for. At 9:18 PM, July 27, 2010.

Scott & Sarah Kennedy: December 2003
http://scottkennedy.blogspot.com/2003_12_01_archive.html
Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Tuesday, December 30, 2003. Everybody has an agenda. That's what dad says to me. It's an interesting thought. What is my agenda? Why am I writing this? What is your agenda. why are you reading it? Why do you do the things you do? I wish I could see everyone's agendas. That would make life so easy. But I can't so I just wonder. And I think about it often. What really makes the people I know tick? Posted by Scotty at 8:51 PM. Sunday, December 28, 2003. Alana has a blog! We sung at ...

Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Sunday, September 28, 2003. Rock of Ages, cleft for me,. Let me hide myself in Thee;. Let the water and the blood,. From Thy riven side which flowed,. Be of sin the double cure,. Cleanse me from its guilt and power. Not the labours of my hands. Can fulfil Thy law's demands;. Could my zeal no respite know,. Could my tears for ever flow,. All for sin could not atone:. Thou must save, and Thou alone. Nothing in my hand I bring,. Simply to Thy Cross I cling;. Excerpt From Real Issues.

Scott & Sarah Kennedy: One of the down sides of living in Parau
http://scottkennedy.blogspot.com/2009/10/one-of-down-sides-of-living-in-parau.html
Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Friday, October 16, 2009. One of the down sides of living in Parau. Sarah and I were shocked to find this giant centipede in our bedroom today. At about 15cm, it was far too big to be inside! So it was given refugee status and released into the garden.the far end of the garden. For the science geeks out there, we think it may be Cormocephalus rubriceps - the largest New Zealand centipede, which can grow up to 25cm. Posted by Scotty at 6:48 PM. At 11:59 AM, October 20, 2009.

Scott & Sarah Kennedy: November 2003

Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Thursday, November 27, 2003. A Good Quote from 'East of Eden'. As I mentioned, I am reading 'East of Eden' by John Steinbeck. An interesting read. Here is something that struck me. When our food and clothing and housing all are born in the complication of mass production, mass method is bound to get into our thinking and to eliminate all other thinking.". Jono and I have been to Save Mart twice this week. Go second hand clothing man! Posted by Scotty at 9:29 PM. Yes I say. An...

Scott & Sarah Kennedy: February 2004
http://scottkennedy.blogspot.com/2004_02_01_archive.html
Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Thursday, February 26, 2004. Breaking Up Is So Hard To Do. The split was acrimonious. I wanted some space. I needed space. I got it. However as time went by I realised that our differences were few, and we really couldn't part just like that. We'd been together for over 6 months, and although there was the occasional cross word, generally we agreed on things. So the long and short of it is that after a bit of counselling, me and my blog are together again, and stronger than ever.

Scott & Sarah Kennedy: A walk in the forest
http://scottkennedy.blogspot.com/2010/04/walk-in-forest.html
Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Saturday, April 17, 2010. A walk in the forest. Our little family took a trip to the Arataki visitor centre this afternoon. We popped across the road and did a short walk along part of the Arataki Nature Trail. Walking this trail provides one with a religious experience, for posted at various intervals along the path are signs that encourage an almost superstitious 'worship' of nature. I may comment on some of these at a later date. Ko Tane Mahuta te atua o nga ngahere. Anyway I ...

Scott & Sarah Kennedy: Idols in the Classroom
http://scottkennedy.blogspot.com/2010/02/idols-in-classroom.html
Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Monday, February 22, 2010. Idols in the Classroom. A couple of days later as I was mulling over my first week of practicum and in particular this lesson I had an epiphany. I understood in a powerfully new way the religious nature of a state education. State education is not some benignly neutral environment in which children learn bare facts. Scott and Sarah Kennedy. Monday, October 11, 2010. The kingdom of grace and the world of ungrace part 1. Posted by Scotty at 6:46 PM. Hey great post, Scotty. Some really, really nice thoughts there. I feel a bit challenged to be more graceful to others because I have been shown so much grace myself. At 8:40 PM, October 11, 2010. Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, Was blind, but now I see. (John Newton). The Welfare State We're In.
