The joys of not taking anything too seriously...: Ann Marie's Shower
http://maemaefulk.blogspot.com/2009/08/ann-maries-shower.html
The joys of not taking anything too seriously. It truly was AMAZING! I mean, i could for sure work on some of my skills working with foundent and perhaps some day the cakes i make will look perfect like i want them to, but for what it was it was good. see here is a picture. First to Will, it was his idea to use the sour sticks for the hair and to make the inside to be "red velvet" flavored, i still don't know what that flavor is, but it's yummy. It felt good. i'm not going to lie. That cake is SO awesome!

The joys of not taking anything too seriously...: April 2009
http://maemaefulk.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
The joys of not taking anything too seriously. Sometimes i get stuck on a song. there's always just something about it that makes it so that no other song will do it for me. so i just listen to the same song over and over again! Like today on the way home from Amanda's house, i was listening to a CD Jen made me and this one song came on and there was something about it that it just completed me. so i listened. and danced to it all the way home! Links to this post. And i like it! Last one. Happy momen...

The joys of not taking anything too seriously. Things that make me happy. So today i had a "happy moment" i was sitting in my kitchen, in my moo-moo, decorating a cake. i had music playing and the sun was shining on me, life was beautiful and uncomplicated! Links to this post. I hear that future Amanda is going to be wicked sweet. Links to this post. 20 things to do when you have nothing to do. 1 play the Piano. 2 play the guitar. 3 sing (if you have a voice). 4 read a good book. 5 study the scriptures.

The joys of not taking anything too seriously...: Mr. Radio Man
http://maemaefulk.blogspot.com/2009/08/mr-radio-man.html
The joys of not taking anything too seriously. So i have a bone to pick with the local radio station. Lately i have been listening to the radio, i go on spurts from listening exclusively to either radio, ipod or cds and at this current moment in my life i'm on the radio kick. it has been so long that i forgot about this little thing that they do that just bothers me a bit. Then they play these songs that are so stupid! So i'm like this. if you really. And i don't like it very much, thank you very much!

The joys of not taking anything too seriously...: May 2009
http://maemaefulk.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
The joys of not taking anything too seriously. An unspoken rule of humanity. As of late i've. Had this obsession with the power that we as human beings have with just our stares! To prove that there is something to it i started a little test: while by myself driving, i look over at the person in the car next to me, now the thing that makes this interesting is that about 90% of the time they look at that exact. To look but just don't stare. well i've. Been staring. and yes you can feel the their. Been thi...

Flagstaff Chronicles: June 2010
http://flagstaffchronicles.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
A Visual Journal of the Hopkinson Family Happenings. June started cold, freezing our garden at night for the first two weeks. Then it warmed up and dried out. We were on evacuation standby over the 3rd weekend because the wildfire was 1/2 mile away. This week it looks as though monsoon is starting. I LOVE monsoon. Today is the third afternoon of rain so far. In the afternoons they read and rest for an hour, then they get to work on an activity. Thanks to our great grandmas for supplying a lot of ideas.

A Visual Journal of the Hopkinson Family Happenings. A quick re-cap on some of these pictures. April is the height of 'Birthday Season' in our household, so you'll see pictures of Jean's 1st, Quinn's 5th and Aaron's thirty somethin' birthdays. Jean was happy with her one present of about 50 bracelets. She loves bracelets and will try on just about anything that remotely resembles a bracelet. He is awesomeness personified. Then next week he took all 4 kids rock climbing during our switch-off at the temple...
