Thursday, January 21, 2010. 30 mins treadmill - 1.67 miles. Cereal (200) soymilk (50)-bfast. 4 slices soymeat (100) 2 cheese slices (160)-lunch. Soyjoy bar (140) 100 cal almond pack-snack. This is where it gets bad lol. Went to dinner with a friend (wine and beer) and had 2 slices of pizza, although it was veggie pizza and super yummy! Friday Weigh In Day. Friday BLC Weigh In Day. Sunday, May 31, 2009. Man, that thing kicks my butt. I jumped for 30 minutes today and I can barely walk. And don't get me started about trying to go upstairs. UGH! I am going to have to do that more often. Quickly, before it gets too hot out there. Kellogs Special K granola bar. Thursday, April 30, 2009. 60 minutes of Wii Fit. 26 minutes of boxing, 20 minutes of Yoga, 14 minutes of balance games). 20 minute walk outside (alone, woohoo, beautiful night). During 1 round of boxing I went from 1632 calories to 1749. Then the next round I wen from 1749 to 1841. So it seems that 13 minutes of boxing seems to burn 100 calories. Not bad. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Tues back to business: angie. Every other Monday, I will add a new "goal" and give it 2 weeks to become a habit. So, right now, my goals are no diet coke and still no coffee. Next goal I want to obtain is NO baked chips. I eat them to much. Every now and again is great.but I probably buy a bag of baked chips a week and eat them all by myself (NOT GOOD! So, if I can keep to eating chips at restaurants only.I will be good to go! 15 mins on treadmill - 10 min walk = 25 mins (morning).

I was actually shocked beyond belief that I actually had a loss (although small) considering I went out and ate pizza (although it was healthier than most pizza and from a fine restaurant) and had beer/wine (which always bloats me beyond words! Tuesday, March 31, 2009. So I will eat a cupcake. I purposely bought cupcakes so we would not go crazy and eat a whole cake between the kids and I. We are also going to The Olive Garden. I need to look at their menu again online to see what they have that will be a good choice :). Last Day Of March. Bowl of Special K with 2% Milk. 20 Minutes Wii Free Step - I tried something new today, stepping off to the side and I could feel it totally differently. It was great. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. I had so much to do and planned for today. That ended when a certain little boy woke up complaining his stomach was hurting. So, went back to sleep with him so he would stay asleep and get more rest. Woke up later than I wanted and ate before I exercised because by that time, it had been so long since the last time I ate, I was STARVING! 30 mins treadmill (morning) 1.62 miles. 1 cup organic cereal (200 cal) 1/2 cup soymilk (50 cal) -bfast.
