Saturday, January 24, 2009. 12 weeks to the day. On Friday i had my first flight since the crash back on 30 October, twelve weeks after that day. We are up in the Wairarapa on holiday and so i had a short but lovely flight from a local hill here. Adventures of a Snappyjenn. Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Autumn in Central Otago. I recently had the good fortune to drive form Dunedin to Wanaka just in time to see the last of the autumn colours. I stopped at Butchers Dam just outside of Alexandra where the lake was still, clear and reflective. A very rare occurrence in these parts.
