Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Whats Cookin Good Lookin? Greek Yogurt Baja Sauce. With summertime in full swing, we love light, fresh, easy dinners. Seafood is always a plus, too! Our current favorite stemmed from a really awesome Costco find: beer battered cod. We bake up a couple of the fillets and cook up some Mexican seasoned shrimp and bust out some yummy fish tacos with shredded cabbage, red onion, avocado and homemade Baja sauce. My Baja sauce recipe is super easy! 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
