Went for our annual Turkey Trot, was active most of the day and evening with Thanksgiving and then bowling, and though was aware of muscle discomfort, it didn't get me down. "I've got to do this! Do I try a different one? We’d been walkin...

To my dear friends who've honored me by reading this blog, I've started a new blog to chronicle this my first year as a full-time ESL teacher in the Memphis City Schools. It's at www.eslk5.wordpress.com. I hope to post here things that don't relate to this new, almost all-consuming endeavor, but for now all my energy is with ESL. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

He knows this is different; he can see the rice puff, so instead of bringing the fist up to his mouth, he dives headfirst and "chomps" on his fist, victory at last.
