Sunday, August 21, 2011. Friday night I went to the Wilson County Fair with my sis. We rode the ferris wheel, ate a funnel cake and saw an amazing bluegrass band perform. This is the view from the top of the ferris wheel. :). You never know who you might spot at the fair! We saw Uncle Sam.:). Then we ran into the Taylors. Jordan had won this huge banana for a friend. :). It was a really fun night! It was pretty awesome though and the sound was amazing! We even had a bat flying around during the concert!

Saturday, November 20, 2010. We had fun with Caiden today, taking him to the park with Nana, and then he came over to our house and played for a couple of hours. He's so cute! Here's Caiden enjoying an ice cream cone. We met Emily and Danny at Taco Mamacita's tonight and it was really nice to spend some time with the newlyweds. :) This place also has the best tacos! Monday, March 14, 2011. This past weekend Mike and I took a mini vacation and went to Gatlinburg. We invited Emily and Danny to go too and we had such a good time together. These are the condominiums that we stayed in and they were super nice! There was a little brook that ran along side of the condos and you could hear it all the time. It was very relaxing. We all went to The Old Mill on Sunday and that is always a nice experience. We sat at a table along the river and watched the ducks while we ate.

Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Mothers Day was so relaxing! The men of the family (and some of the younger unmarried and no-children members of the family) took it upon themselves to do all the cooking, setting up, and cleaning up for Sunday dinner. All of the mothers even got to go first in line, which hardly ever happens. Why does food taste so much better when you don't have to cook it yourself? Haha It was a very relaxing day and made me realize again how much I love my family! I know I did! And 2 became 4.
